The second half proceeds pretty much in the same way as the first. Because the skin grows narrower (and thinner) up at the top end, it is not necessary to trim the circle shape before tying. (In fact, if you do so, you may seriously weaken the tied handle).

But it does help to make a couple of small incisions in the skin ...

... and tear away a bit of the excess skin.

 

Then proceed with the wrapping ....

 

The pinching and twisting at the end is identical to the other side, and as mentioned, the handle must be twisted in the same orientation.

At this point, things are getting a bit hairy, and it sometimes seems like two hands just isn't enough ...
