Two impressions today ... the first 'tests' to see how things are going to fit into the black background. Seems like we might be OK ...

First up was the leaves (autumn leaves, of course):

After they were in place, I put in the tree branch.

And yes, teal. Why not? This is a design by the highly idiosyncratic Ito Jakuchu, after all!
