Here's the shortest post of the year on this RoundTable ... just a simple short note to let you know that this is an 'anniversary' day for me - 25 years ago today I came to live in Japan.

Let's see... a three-month visit turns into a revitalization of prized Japanese art form, you're a contributing member of your community, you pay your taxes, you've become well known across the nation for what you do.... I'd say Japan made out on the deal.
