I cribbed the design for the 2020 print from a design album by Hakamada Sekka published in the early 20th century. I say 'cribbed', but that is not said with any sense of contrition - albums of that type were published for the use of designers, artisans, and craftsmen in any field, specifically as sources of inspiration for their own work.
