Down to Sekaido for Torinoko paper for Ono no Komachi folders. I want to get off a copy to Shimano-san as soon as possible, so that he will know I have used up my blocks. Also picked up a package of gofun pigment. I have already used up the tiny sample I bought from Matsuyoshi the other day.

Wrapped and shipped the print. It's not a particularly fine copy, with a small smudge in one corner, but I need those blocks! Also slipped over the the Fussa library to try and find some names and addresses of newspaper people for the little flyers. Addresses yes, names no. Sent off flyers to: Japan Times, Asahi Evening News, Japan Times Weekly, Daily Mainichi, and the three big Japanese papers (translated flyer).

In the evening, went over to Hanamori-san's house. He's the photographer I met at Fureai one day. Asked him to take some better looking pictures than I have been able to do. This is for a flyer that will go to the Hyakunin Karuta Kyokai people ... He said that he would like to do it, and would call be later in the week when he had more time. He offered an exchange deal, prints for photos ...
