March 1

Picked up my repaired chisel from Hamura-san. Michiyo shot some faked pictures of me printing, for possible use in a promotion flyer/letter. It's difficult to get pictures with me printing at the desk, so I sat on the floor and pretended to be doing it that way!

March 4

Michiyo was off to Tachikawa to pick up a bunch of translation work from one of her companies (due Monday - so much for my printing this weekend!), and I asked her to stop by Sekaido and pick up 10 sheets of the Torinoko paper. That is enough to make 20 of the folders for storing prints.

March 5

Cut up paper for the coming print run of Tenji Tenno [1-1]. About one in five is rejected due to blemishes that would show in the face area. Perhaps I can use those sheets for a different print. I also cut up a sheet into small strips and printed just the name 'Tenji Tenno' off the key block. This is for the label on the front of each folder. Used the paper that Michiyo picked up yesterday and made a sample 'flat-opening' folder.
