My image is about a night with a bright half moon.
(with some white petals flying)
I coloured the background as grey, the moon as yellow and the sky as a navi blue and a black gradient from top.
Then I found trouble.
I have no ideas of how the colors blocks should be separated when the gradations of sky and the moon glow come together.
Should I all count it to the brushing skills? >>bush for the sky gradation and the moon glow at once?
I am kinda worried that I could not bush them beautifully at once
Any advice of how to do the colour separation on this image??

Wow; this is a tough one. What you are trying to do is - sorry about this - pretty much impossible within the traditional Japanese techniques. If you imagine for a minute the image without the moon in the way - the wide expanse of the sky gradation would be made by swiping a large brush from side to side across the background block. It would have pigment at the top, and only paste at the bottom, and the pigment would gradually disperse downwards as you swipe from side to side.
But once you have this moon in the way, such a thing becomes impossible. It could be done if the moon was just a cutout in the sky, with sharp edges, but to have a gradation around it ... makes the sky gradation impossible.
One possible way out would be to have a cutout for the moon shape, do the background gradation in the normal way, and then make a light-tone gradation over the top of that, using an opaque pigment. But that moves beyond our classical techniques, into a place where I myself have no experience ...
Perhaps somebody else can offer some guidance on that!

Actually the full picture of the image is with a flying dragon under the moon...
I will try your suggestion as well as other testing to see if it is possible >: dddddd!!!!
