 Removing Hanshita
Now that I have completed my key block, what is the best way to remove the hanshita paper, without getting gunk into the fine cuts?

 Re: Removing Hanshita
I'm not sure what kind of adhesive you used, but in my case, the glue dissolves easily in water, so I just use a small spray bottle to moisten the block, and a toothbrush to scrub it clean. I sometimes do the entire batch of colour blocks at once, taking them to the sink and lightly scrubbing with the toothbrush under the running tap.

 Re: Removing Hanshita
David thanks for getting back to me... I used Yasutomo Nori that I purchased here in the U.S. It does dissolve, but it seems to be clogging the file cuts in the "hair" areas... I'll have at it with a soft toothbrush and see what happens
thanks again Dan
