I can certainly recommend that everybody head over to this blog and take a look! Quentin seems to be evolving an interesting blend of western and Japanese techniques, particularly his way to use the traditional knife when cutting (don't miss those videos).

(Quentin - I'm very curious to see how you are going to handle the registration of your colours, in the next video ...)
