We've got an issue with Acrobat crashing - I'd like to hear how widespread it is. Here's how it can be reproduced:

- Start Acrobat Reader
- Open the eBook file
- Listen to a bit of audio, watch a bit of video, browse a bit
- Close the eBook file
- Open the eBook file again
- Try to watch/listen to some of the Media ...

Boom! Down goes the Reader (same thing happens with Acrobat itself)

This happens for both Sadako and I (both of us on Mac OS 10.5.6 with latest Reader (9.1.3) One other person so far, says 'no problem here'.

I've posted on an Adobe Forum, and hopefully somebody will have a solution.

Any other reports would be welcome ... TIA!

I was able to duplicate this problem using Windows Vista and Acrobat Reader 9.1.0.

Well, at least it's not a Mac/Win issue then; I feel pretty certain it's a bug on the Adobe side, but still can't confirm that.

I've hunted around for another test file - containing more than two multi-media elements (audio or video) seems to be the trigger - but can't find one. And no response on the Adobe forums yet at all ...
